Mr. Conleat Chikezie Obiefule attended the University of Uyo between 1996 and 2002 and graduated with Second Class (Upper Division). Upon his graduation he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004 and has since been in active Legal Practice. He joined the Firm in 2005 after serving as Legal Officer of Obi Local Government Area, Benue State.
He is very proficient in ICT matters and has attended several Seminars, Training Programmes and Conferences within Nigeria. Presently, he is a Principal Associate in the Firm. He retains excellent research and good communications skills. He also has good exposition in Solicitors work regarding documentation and perfection of Legal documents. As an Advocate, he has appeared at the Superior Courts of Record including the High Courts, National Industrial Court, Court of Appeal and has been reported in a number of cases.
In fact, he has been involved in Civil Litigation, Real Property, Estate Management and Commercial Practice and possesses good knowledge of the relevant Regulatory Laws including the Companies and Allied Matters Act, the Investment and Securities Act and the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission Act.
Mr Obiefule is of great value to the Firm and has continued to demonstrate dedication, honesty and endeavoured consistently to make sacrifices to ensure Client satisfaction in rendering the required services.
